I think for the purposes of the SOBO meeting, it makes sense to let everyone know that the 
BID is responding to the event by reviving the Neighborhood Watch. Danny/LAPD will be very 
involved at the first Neighborhood Watch, and I'm just wary of asking them to duplicate 
their efforts. Thoughts?
